Terroir: The vineyards are located in an area with a moderate continental climate, where the hot summer and breezy hills provide ideal conditions for cultivating the "capricious" Gamza variety.
Gamza Reserva: A full-bodied, aged wine with a deep and smoky aroma, suitable for further cellaring.
Orange wine: Produced from the Rkatsiteli variety, showcasing the experimental spirit of the winery.
Other varieties: Wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and others are also produced, including rakia.

A full-bodied yet fresh red wine made from the traditional Bulgarian Gamza grape variety. It is produced from grapes left for approximately two weeks in a shaded, well-ventilated place to allow the sugars to concentrate naturally. Ageing in new French oak barrels adds further depth and character.
