🍇 About Vidinska Gamza

Vidinska Gamza is a small, family-run boutique winery, established by a family of winemakers spanning three generations. Located in the picturesque village of Novo Selo, Vidin Province, the winery combines inherited knowledge and traditions with a modern understanding of quality winemaking.

🌿 The winery’s vineyards cover more than 200 decares and are situated on a south-eastern slope near the Danube River – a location intrinsically linked to the character and identity of the wines from this region.

🍾 Annual production is around 50,000 bottles. Some of the wines are bottled young, while others are left to develop and mature at the winery until they reach their full potential.

🌹 VINOAR Rose Wine – the aroma of Bulgarian rose in a wine-based beverage
VINOAR rose wine is part of Vidinska Gamza's “Fruit Wines” collection – a selection of aromatic fruit wine offerings created with different fruits and botanical ingredients. The collection includes wines made with fig, sour cherry, rose and raspberry.

🌹 The base of the product is Merlot rosé, to which Bulgarian rose of the Dracena variety has been added, a variety characteristic of the Rose Valley region.

🌹 During fermentation, rose extract is added, creating the beverage's distinctive aromatic profile and placing rose at the centre of its flavour and aroma.

🌿 Added stevia is also listed among the ingredients and is part of the product's specific characteristics.
