Rosapasso is a rosé wine with the IGT Veneto designation, made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes. The grapes come from the hills surrounding Barbarano in Vicenza, where the vineyards are planted on soils combining ancient mineral-rich volcanic earth and clay. The vines are trained using the Guyot and cordon-trained systems.

Vinification begins with gentle pressing, extracting only the free-run juice. This is followed by pre-fermentation cryomaceration, which helps extract the primary aromas from the grapes. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is aged for several months in stainless steel tanks on its own lees.

Rosapasso has a bright, clear pink colour and a fruity bouquet with elegant notes of strawberries and cherries. The taste is savoury, smooth and harmonious, with a pleasantly bitter finish. The alcohol content is 12%, and the recommended serving temperature is 9–10°C.
