Terroir & Microclimate
The winery is located in the Marivella area, Calatayud (Utiel-Requena), at an altitude of over 800–1,000 metres above sea level
Rocky soils with a calcareous profile and a Mediterranean, partly continental climate provide favourable conditions for consistently good harvests of Chardonnay and Macabeo

Cava made from 75% Macabeo and 25% Chardonnay, sourced from vineyards aged between 30 and 40 years and located at an altitude of 800 metres. The 12 months of ageing en rima and the residual sugars give it a pale yellow colour, persistent mousse and very fine bubbles. This Cava has good acidity, creating a full mouthfeel and adding body without bitterness. Its flavour evokes pink grapefruit and tropical fruits.
HISTORY. THE MONK
Ramiro II the Monk was never destined to rule. Driven by a strong religious vocation, he became Bishop of Roda-Barbastro. However, the death of his brother, the Warrior, without an heir, and the demands of an unforeseen destiny led him to the throne he never wanted. His reign was challenging (1134–1157), but he ensured the continuity of the dynasty and gave rise to one of the greatest legends in our history: the Bell of Huesca.
